When you place an order we collect only what is needed to deliver it: your name, mobile number and delivery address. We do not collect payment card data because every order is cash on delivery.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm the order on WhatsApp, hand the delivery to our driver and contact you if there is a delay. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Messaging
Order conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. Please avoid sharing sensitive documents in chat.
Retention
Order records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, replacements and basic bookkeeping. You may ask us to delete your details at any time via WhatsApp.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Age restriction
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
