Buy the ILUMA i Prime (from AED 330) for the same features in an aluminium body. All three heat TEREA the same way.

Do IQOS ILUMA i devices work with HEETS?

No. ILUMA i heats by SMARTCORE induction and takes TEREA sticks only. HEETS are made for blade devices such as IQOS 3 DUO and will not heat in an ILUMA.

Which sticks go in an ILUMA i

Every ILUMA i model takes TEREA sticks — all seven market editions, from AED 109 a carton of 200 — and nothing else. The stick carries its own heating element, which is why there is no blade to break or clean and no tobacco left inside the device. HEETS, made for blade devices like IQOS 3 DUO, do not heat in an ILUMA, and TEREA do not heat in a blade device. If you are buying a first device, a carton of TEREA Amber or TEREA Yellow is the usual starting point; menthol smokers start with TEREA Blue.
