Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to browse and order. Our drivers may request Emirates ID verification on delivery and can refuse to hand over an order without it.
Products
We sell genuine, factory-sealed TEREA cartons and sealed IQOS ILUMA i devices. TEREA sticks work only with IQOS ILUMA devices; they are not compatible with blade-type IQOS devices that use HEETS.
Pricing
Prices are shown in AED and may change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of ordering is the price you pay.
Delivery
Delivery is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the UAE, free once the order subtotal reaches AED 350, with no minimum order. Express windows (1–3 hours) apply to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman; all other emirates receive orders within 24 hours. Timings are best-effort and may be affected by traffic or weather.
Payment
Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer — nothing is charged online. Amounts are in AED and are settled when the order is handed over.
Acceptable use
You may not resell products bought from us as new-in-market goods, misrepresent their origin, or supply them to anyone under 18.
