TEREA Swiss

Delivery across the UAE

Dubai and Sharjah are the express zones. Once an order is confirmed it reaches you within 2 hours in Dubai or within 3 hours in Sharjah, and often inside the hour in Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Al Nahda and Al Nuaimiya. Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are delivered same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day.

Delivery is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the country and free once the order passes AED 350. There's no minimum — a single carton is a perfectly normal order, and plenty of the deliveries we run are exactly that.

Payment is cash on delivery, card on delivery or bank transfer. You pick when the driver is in front of you, and nothing is taken before that.

How to check your Swiss order is genuine

Three checks take about ten seconds. The outer wrap should be tight factory shrink film with clean edges and no sign of re-taping. Every pack inside must carry an intact authentication code. The printing should be crisp, with the correct market text for the version you ordered.

Run those checks while the driver waits. If something looks wrong, hand the order back and pay nothing — that's the practical reason to pay on delivery instead of in advance. We ship sealed original stock only, so they pass every time, and our guide to spotting genuine TEREA in the UAE has the detail if you'd rather read it first.

Order TEREA Swiss on WhatsApp

Build the selection in the order box above and tap the order button. The message arrives pre-filled on our WhatsApp at +971561652004 with your flavours and quantities already listed, so nothing gets lost in translation. Send your area and a nearby landmark and we'll confirm the delivery window straight away.

If you'd rather type it yourself, that works too — the flavour or colour, the quantity, your emirate and your address is everything we need to dispatch. Either route reaches the same dispatcher and both produce an order code you can track.

No account, no card details up front. Our drivers may ask to see Emirates ID before handing the order over.
