How fast is TEREA delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman?
We deliver TEREA and IQOS ILUMA devices within 1–3 hours in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. All other UAE emirates — Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — receive orders within 24 hours.
How much is delivery and can I pay cash on delivery?
Delivery is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the UAE and free once your order subtotal reaches AED 350. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer — nothing is charged online, so you pay only when your order arrives.
Which TEREA versions do you sell in the UAE?
Every popular version: TEREA Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Japan, Italy (Europe), Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan — each with its full flavour lineup, from AED 119 per carton. We also stock HEETS for the older blade IQOS devices from AED 90 a carton, and the three IQOS ILUMA i devices: the i One at AED 179, the i Standard at AED 289 and the i Prime at AED 399.
Does TEREA work with my IQOS device?
TEREA works only with the IQOS ILUMA series (ILUMA i One, ILUMA i, ILUMA i Prime and earlier ILUMA models) using SmartCore induction heating. It does not work with older blade-type IQOS devices that use HEETS.
Are your TEREA and IQOS products genuine?
Yes — all cartons are factory-sealed originals with intact authentication codes, and all devices are brand new in sealed retail boxes. Nothing is charged online, so you can inspect everything before you pay the driver.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — order a single carton or a single device. Delivery is a flat AED 30 and free once your order subtotal reaches AED 350.
What is the age requirement?
You must be 18 or older to purchase heated tobacco products in the UAE. Our drivers may ask for Emirates ID verification on delivery.
Do ILUMA devices come with a warranty?
All devices are brand new and sealed. If a device is dead on arrival, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days for a replacement.
Do you sell TEREA by the single pack or only by the carton?
TEREA is sold by the full carton only — 10 packs / 200 sticks. That keeps every pack factory-sealed and gives you the lowest price per stick. Devices are the only products we sell as single pieces.
Which TEREA flavour should I buy first?
Amber if you smoked full-flavour cigarettes, Sienna if you want something heavier, Green or Menthol if you smoked a menthol pack, and Oasis Pearl or Sun Pearl if you like fruit with a cool finish. Every flavour page lists strength, cooling level and tasting notes so you can choose before ordering.
What is the difference between the country versions of TEREA?
All versions are genuine Philip Morris production; they differ in flavour lineup, blend tuning and price. Indonesia is the value line with 13 variants, Kazakhstan is the balanced UAE best-seller, Japan has the widest premium lineup, Italy carries EU-only Russet, Teak and Mauve Wave, and Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan cover the classic Central-Asian set.
Can I pay by card or bank transfer instead of cash?
Yes. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer — nothing is charged online. Tell the dispatcher which one you want when you confirm the order.
Does paying by card cost extra?
Card payments taken at the door carry the 5% government VAT, because the driver settles them through a registered card terminal. Cash on delivery and bank transfer have no surcharge, and you still pay nothing before the order is in your hands.
Is delivery free on larger orders?
Delivery is a flat AED 30 and becomes free once your order subtotal reaches AED 350 — normally two or three cartons.
How do I track my order after I place it?
Every order gets an order code. Enter that code with your phone number on our tracking page and you will see each status change — New, Confirmed, Out for delivery, Delivered — with a timestamp.
Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates?
Yes. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are delivered within 24 hours of confirmation. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are 1–3 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order code before the rider leaves and we will change the flavour, quantity or address, or cancel at no cost. Nothing is charged until delivery.
How should I store my cartons in UAE heat?
Keep cartons indoors and air-conditioned, out of direct sun and never in a parked car. Do not refrigerate capsule flavours such as Purple Wave or the Pearl range — condensation can weaken the capsule.
Do you have flavours that are not listed on the site?
Stock changes weekly and some market-exclusive variants arrive in small quantities. Send us the flavour name on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability and price the same day.
Is there TEREA in Dubai?
Yes. TEREA sticks for IQOS ILUMA are widely available in Dubai. We stock every popular market version — Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Japan, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan — and deliver across Dubai in 1–3 hours, with the rest of the UAE inside 24 hours.
What is the price of TEREA in Dubai?
A full TEREA carton of 200 sticks costs between AED 119 and AED 199 in Dubai depending on the market version. TEREA Indonesia and Tajikistan are AED 119, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan AED 125, Kazakhstan AED 129, Italy AED 169 and Japan AED 199. That is AED 11.90 to AED 19.90 per pack of 20. Delivery is a flat AED 30 and free above AED 350.
Where can I buy TEREA?
You can order TEREA from us for delivery anywhere in the UAE — Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman in 1–3 hours, all other emirates within 24 hours. Order on the site or send the flavour name on WhatsApp. You pay the driver on arrival, after checking that the carton is factory-sealed and the authentication code is intact.
Is IQOS illegal in the UAE?
No. Heated tobacco products and the devices that use them have been legal to sell and use in the UAE since 2019, when the category was brought under formal product standards. Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Where you may use one is separate from whether it is legal to own — indoor smoking rules apply to heated tobacco the same way they apply to cigarettes, and venues set their own policies.
