How fast is TEREA delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman?
We deliver TEREA and IQOS ILUMA devices within 1–3 hours in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. All other UAE emirates — Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — receive orders within 24 hours.
How much is delivery and can I pay cash on delivery?
Delivery is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the UAE. Payment is 100% Cash on Delivery — you pay only when your order arrives. No prepayment, no card required.
Which TEREA versions do you sell in the UAE?
Every popular version: TEREA Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Japan, Italy (Europe), Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan — each with its full flavour lineup, from AED 119 per carton.
Does TEREA work with my IQOS device?
TEREA works only with the IQOS ILUMA series (ILUMA i One, ILUMA i, ILUMA i Prime and earlier ILUMA models) using SmartCore induction heating. It does not work with older blade-type IQOS devices that use HEETS.
Are your TEREA and IQOS products genuine?
Yes — all cartons are factory-sealed originals with intact authentication codes, and all devices are brand new in sealed retail boxes. Since payment is cash on delivery, you can inspect everything before paying.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — order a single carton or a single device. Delivery is AED 30 flat regardless of order size.
What is the age requirement?
You must be 18 or older to purchase heated tobacco products in the UAE. Our drivers may ask for Emirates ID verification on delivery.
Do ILUMA devices come with a warranty?
All devices are brand new and sealed. If a device is dead on arrival, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days for a replacement.
