No account, no prepayment, nothing charged online. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you tap a flavour to the moment the driver hands you the carton.
Step 1 — pick your flavour page
Open the country category, open the flavour, and read the tasting profile. Each flavour page shows strength, cooling, tasting notes, the live carton price and real customer reviews for that exact variant.
Step 2 — fill the short form or message WhatsApp
Name, phone, emirate and address is all we need. You can either submit the on-page order form or send the same details on WhatsApp — both reach the same dispatcher and both create a trackable order code.
Step 3 — track it
Your order code works on our tracking page with your phone number. Status moves from New to Confirmed to Out for delivery to Delivered, and each change is timestamped.
Step 4 — inspect, then pay
The driver waits while you check the shrinkwrap and the authentication codes. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer — nothing is charged online. Flat AED 30 courier charge, free once your order subtotal reaches AED 350.
