How to order TEREA in Dubai in under two minutes

No account, no prepayment, nothing charged online. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you tap a flavour to the moment the driver hands you the carton.

Step 1 — pick your flavour page

Open the country category, open the flavour, and read the tasting profile. Each flavour page shows strength, cooling, tasting notes, the live carton price for that exact variant.

Step 2 — fill the short form or message WhatsApp

Name, phone, emirate and address is all we need. You can either submit the on-page order form or send the same details on WhatsApp — both reach the same dispatcher and both create a trackable order code.

Step 3 — track it

Your order code works on our tracking page with your phone number. Status moves from New to Confirmed to Out for delivery to Delivered, and each change is timestamped.

Step 4 — inspect, then pay

The driver waits while you check the shrinkwrap and the authentication codes. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer — nothing is charged online. Flat AED 30 courier charge, free once your order subtotal reaches AED 350.

Where can I order TEREA online?

On any flavour or device page, use Add to cart or Order now, or send the flavour name on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged online: you pay the driver on delivery.

How fast is TEREA delivery in Dubai?

Dubai and Sharjah arrive within 1 to 3 hours. Dubai delivers seven days a week, and orders placed after 10pm go out the next day. Sharjah has two ordering windows a day: 10am to 12pm and 8pm to 9pm.

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are delivered same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day. Delivery is AED 30, free above AED 350.

Is the TEREA genuine?

Every carton is factory-sealed. Check the shrinkwrap and the authentication code when the driver arrives, before you pay. The guide on spotting genuine TEREA shows what to look for.
