How fast we actually deliver to each emirate, and which areas usually arrive in under an hour.

Express emirates: Dubai and Sharjah

Dubai arrives within 1 to 3 hours. Dubai delivers seven days a week: order between 10am and 9pm and your order reaches you within 1 to 3 hours. Orders placed after 10pm go out the next day. Sharjah arrives within 1 to 3 hours and has two ordering windows a day: 10am to 12pm and 8pm to 9pm.

Dubai areas we deliver to

We deliver to every part of Dubai. The central districts, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Dubai Marina and JLT, are the quickest to reach because the drive is short. Give us your building name, your floor and a phone number that will answer on the day. Those three details decide how quickly the driver finds the door.

The rest of the UAE

Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain receive same-day delivery when you order before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm go out the next day. Delivery in these emirates runs six working days a week and is closed on Sunday.

Delivery fee

Delivery is a flat AED 30 wherever we deliver. Once your order subtotal reaches AED 350, delivery is free. The subtotal means the goods only, before the delivery fee.

What a carton costs, edition by edition

TEREA is sold by the full carton: 10 packs, 200 sticks. The price depends on the market edition. TEREA Indonesia is from AED 109. TEREA Kazakhstan and TEREA Uzbekistan are from AED 113. TEREA Tajikistan is AED 120. TEREA Italy is from AED 173. TEREA Japan runs from AED 193 to AED 210. Each flavour page lists every edition with its own price, so you can compare before you order.

Devices are sold one at a time

IQOS ILUMA i devices are sold individually in sealed retail boxes. ILUMA i One is from AED 140, ILUMA i Standard is AED 235 and ILUMA i Prime is AED 330. Every device is brand new and sealed.

How to place a Dubai order

Order on the website, or on WhatsApp at +971 54 366 8619. Include the carton edition and flavour you want, your emirate, and the building details listed above. Customer service runs daily from 10:00 to 02:00 Gulf Standard Time.

You check the carton before any money moves

When the driver arrives, look at the sealed carton before you pay. The shrink-wrap should be tight and unbroken, and the authentication code on the pack should be intact. If something is wrong, refuse the item and pay nothing for it. Then pay cash on delivery, card on delivery (with 5% VAT added), or by bank transfer. Nothing is charged online.

Only IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i take TEREA

TEREA works only with IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices, which heat the stick by induction from inside. It does not work in older blade devices such as the IQOS 3 DUO, which take HEETS. Check your device before you order a carton, because a TEREA stick cannot be exchanged for HEETS.
