Moving from HEETS to TEREA: the TEREA equivalent of every HEETS flavour

By TEREA Dubai Shop Team · Published 19 October 2026 · Updated 19 October 2026

HEETS Purple Wave, Amber, Yellow, Turquoise and the rest: which TEREA stick is the closest match for each HEETS flavour, and where the two lines differ.

Why the flavour names overlap

HEETS and TEREA are both Philip Morris heated-tobacco sticks, and several flavour names appear in both lines: Amber, Yellow, Silver, Bronze, Turquoise, Purple Wave, Sun Pearl, Green Zing, Yugen and Apricity. The sticks themselves are not interchangeable. HEETS are made for blade devices such as IQOS 3 DUO; TEREA are made for induction devices — IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i — and carry their own heating element. A HEETS stick will not heat in an ILUMA, and a TEREA stick will not heat on a blade. So when you move to an ILUMA, you are choosing a new stick, and the name is the best starting point. Every flavour named here is in stock.

Tobacco: Amber, Yellow, Silver, Bronze and Slate

HEETS Amber Selection → TEREA Amber: the same roasted-tobacco, toasted-nut idea and the same 4 of 5 strength; this is the smoothest switch of all. HEETS Yellow Selection → TEREA Yellow: both are the light end of the line (2 of 5), though TEREA Yellow reads drier and more hay-like where HEETS Yellow has a citrus lift. HEETS Silver Selection → TEREA Silver: plain, clean tobacco in both. HEETS Bronze Selection → TEREA Bronze: both 4 of 5, but HEETS Bronze leans to cocoa and dried fruit and TEREA Bronze to roasted nut and caramel; if you liked the cocoa, also try TEREA Sienna. HEETS Slate Selection has no TEREA namesake; the nearest soft tobacco sticks are TEREA Teak and Silver.

Menthol: Turquoise and Green Zing

HEETS Turquoise Selection → TEREA Turquoise — but be ready for a difference. HEETS Turquoise is a medium menthol (cooling 3 of 5); TEREA Turquoise is one of the coldest sticks we sell (5 of 5), sharp mint with eucalyptus. If the HEETS version was cold enough for you, TEREA Blue or TEREA Green will feel closer. HEETS Green Zing → TEREA Green Zing from the Kazakhstan line keeps the name and the citrus-menthol idea.

Fruit and capsule: Purple Wave, Sun Pearl and the rest

HEETS Purple Wave → TEREA Purple Wave: dark berry over menthol in both, with TEREA a touch colder (4 of 5 against 3) and sold in six editions from AED 109. HEETS Sun Pearl → TEREA Sun Pearl: both are capsule sticks; TEREA Sun Pearl is citrus-tropical where HEETS Sun Pearl leans to summer berry. HEETS Tropical Swift has no TEREA namesake; the closest is TEREA Tropical Menthol from Japan. HEETS Summer Breeze, Arbor Pearl and Ruby Fuse have no direct TEREA twin: for a peach-citrus menthol try TEREA Summer Wave, and for a capsule with orchard or berry fruit see the TEREA Pearl flavours.

Creations: Yugen, Apricity, Glaze and Noor

Two HEETS Creations moved to TEREA under the same names. HEETS Creations Yugen → TEREA Yugen and HEETS Creations Apricity → TEREA Dimensions Apricity, both in the Indonesian line — Yugen at AED 120 and Apricity at AED 109, well below the HEETS Creations price of AED 150. Glaze and Noor have no TEREA twin; for something aromatic and rounded, Apricity is the nearest place to start.

What changes when you switch device

The ILUMA i heats the stick from the inside, so there is no blade to clean and no tobacco left in the holder. The ILUMA i devices start at AED 140 for the i One. If you are keeping your blade device for now, HEETS are not sold on this site — and if you are unsure which stick your device takes, our TEREA vs HEETS guide shows how to tell.
