How TEREA Tropical Menthol Japan tastes, in plain words

• Fruit-menthol
• Medium
• Cold
• Mango
• Pineapple
• Cool finish

Tropical Menthol is the fruit-heaviest stick Japan makes — mango and pineapple over a solid menthol floor. The sweetness is generous but the cooling keeps it from cloying, and the aroma in the room afterwards is noticeably fruity.

Buy this if you want a holiday stick rather than a cigarette substitute.

Why the Japan version of Tropical Menthol?

TEREA Japan is the Japanese-market edition of TEREA, made for IQOS ILUMA devices. The range runs from regular tobacco picks through menthol editions to pearl editions. Each carton holds 10 packs (200 sticks).

Every TEREA Tropical Menthol Japan carton we hand over is factory-sealed with its authentication code intact, exactly as it left the Philip Morris line for the Japan market. That matters because the same flavour name is blended slightly differently per market — so if you have settled on the Japan reading of Tropical Menthol, buying it again from us gets you the identical stick, not a substitute from another region.

TEREA Tropical Menthol Japan price — carton and delivery

• Full carton (10 packs / 200 sticks) — AED 210
• Courier charge — flat AED 30, free above AED 350
• Payment — cash on delivery, card on delivery (+5% VAT) or bank transfer

Buying a carton instead of loose packs is always the cheaper route, and one carton on its own is enough to order — there is no minimum. Add a second flavour or a device and the order usually clears AED 350, which removes the courier charge entirely.

Which device heats Tropical Menthol sticks?

TEREA Tropical Menthol Japan works with every IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i model — the ILUMA i One, the ILUMA i Standard and the ILUMA i Prime. It is not compatible with blade-heater devices such as IQOS 3 DUO, which need HEETS instead.

Tropical Menthol Japan is not a cigarette replacement

Some sticks are built to stand in for a cigarette. This one isn't, and it's a better carton for knowing that. Tropical Menthol is the fruit-heaviest stick Japan makes: mango and pineapple over a solid menthol floor, with generous sweetness that the cooling keeps from cloying, and a room aroma that stays noticeably fruity afterwards. Strength 3, cooling 4.

Buy it as a holiday stick. That's the honest framing, and it's the one that leaves customers pleased with the carton rather than puzzled by it. It also sets expectations for whoever else you hand a stick to at a barbecue in Al Barsha, which is where a fair share of these cartons end up on a Friday evening.

Who reaches for it

Weekend orders, mostly. It's the flavour we most often see going out for gatherings, usually alongside one tobacco carton so everybody at the table has an option. People who find plain menthol boring keep a pack in rotation. Anyone who dislikes sweetness in tobacco should skip it entirely, because there's no version of this that reads dry.

It's worth knowing who it doesn't suit, because that saves a wasted carton. Anyone using their device in a shared office or a small flat alongside people who dislike sweet smells should think twice, since the room aroma is the most noticeable in the Japanese range and it lingers longer than a plain tobacco note. Ex-smokers hunting for something that reads like a cigarette will find it too far off the mark. And if one stick has to do all-day duty, the sweetness gets tiring well before the pack runs out.

If the fruit appeals but you want more complexity and more cold, The Japanese menthol range has more options to compare. Tropical is the simpler, sunnier one of that pair.

The practical part

A carton is AED 210 for 10 packs, 200 sticks, which works out to AED 19.90 a pack and just under a dirham a stick. Sticks go by the full carton only. Delivery is a flat AED 30 and free from an AED 350 subtotal, so a tobacco carton in the same order removes the fee entirely. Cash on delivery, card on delivery with 5% VAT added, or bank transfer, and nothing is charged online.

Delivery runs within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah across Dubai and Sharjah, including Bur Dubai, JLT, Business Bay, Al Barsha, Al Nahda and Al Nuaimiya, and same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day to Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. TEREA requires an IQOS ILUMA or ILUMA i with SMARTCORE induction heating and does not work in blade devices such as the IQOS 3 DUO, which use HEETS. Group orders are worth checking on that point before they arrive. Browse the full flavour list to round the order out. 18+ only; contains nicotine.
