TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan

TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan at a glance

TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan is a fruit-menthol heated-tobacco stick made by Philip Morris for the Tajikistan market and sold in Dubai by TEREA Dubai Shop at AED 120 per full carton — 10 packs of 20 sticks, 200 sticks in total. Its taste profile is medium in strength with cold, and the tasting notes are blackcurrant, menthol, capsule-style burst. It is designed for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices, which heat the stick by SMARTCORE induction with no blade and no cleaning, and it is not compatible with older blade devices such as IQOS 3 DUO. Delivery is within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah, and same day before 1pm (otherwise the next day) in the rest of the UAE, with a flat AED 30 courier charge that is waived above AED 350. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer, and you check the factory seal and authentication code before paying the driver.

How TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan tastes, in plain words

• Fruit-menthol
• Medium
• Cold
• Blackcurrant
• Menthol
• Capsule-style burst

Purple Wave delivers a blackcurrant-berry wave over cool menthol, with the fruit peaking early and settling into a steady cool for the rest of the stick. It is the Central-Asian answer to a crush-ball menthol.

If you are ordering for a group, this is the safe fruity choice.

Why the Tajikistan version of Purple Wave?

TEREA Tajikistan is the Tajikistan-market edition of TEREA, made for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices. The range covers Amber and Silver for tobacco, Yellow for citrus, and Turquoise and Purple Wave for menthol. Each carton holds 10 packs (200 sticks).

Every TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan carton we hand over is factory-sealed with its authentication code intact, exactly as it left the Philip Morris line for the Tajikistan market. That matters because the same flavour name is blended slightly differently per market — so if you have settled on the Tajikistan reading of Purple Wave, buying it again from us gets you the identical stick, not a substitute from another region.

TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan price — carton and delivery

• Full carton (10 packs / 200 sticks) — AED 120
• Courier charge — flat AED 30, free above AED 350
• Payment — cash on delivery, card on delivery (+5% VAT) or bank transfer

Buying a carton instead of loose packs is always the cheaper route, and one carton on its own is enough to order — there is no minimum. Add a second flavour or a device and the order usually clears AED 350, which removes the courier charge entirely.

Which device heats Purple Wave sticks?

TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan works with every IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i model — the ILUMA i One, the ILUMA i Standard and the ILUMA i Prime. It is not compatible with blade-heater devices such as IQOS 3 DUO, which need HEETS instead.

TEREA Purple Wave Tajikistan versus the same name elsewhere

Why does one blackcurrant stick cost AED 120 in the Tajik carton and AED 173 in the Italian one? The name on the pack is identical. Purple Wave turns up in six of the markets we stock, and the flavour brief behind it — a berry wave over cool menthol, fruit peaking early, then a steady chill for the rest of the stick — is written once and produced in several places.

What changes between markets is the production run, the packaging language and, mostly, what the local market pays. Blend character stays close across the Central-Asian versions, which is why regulars move between them without noticing much at all.

Where the differences are real

Tajik, Kazakh and Uzbek production read near enough that a blind draw rarely separates them. The European version is the outlier: EU-market blends run a little drier and the menthol underneath is softer and rounder, so Purple Wave from that box tastes less sugary than the one in this carton. Neither is better. They're tuned for different palates.

Packaging differs too — local-language health warnings on the Central-Asian packs, Italian on the European. Every carton we deliver is factory-sealed Philip Morris production with the authentication code intact, whichever market it was printed for.

The numbers on the profile don't move between markets either. Strength 3 of 5, cooling 4 of 5, blackcurrant sitting over menthol with a capsule-style burst — that reading holds on every Purple Wave page in this store, because it's one flavour brief. A market change alters nuance, not category.

The practical answer for a UAE buyer

Start here, and pay more only if you find a reason to. At AED 120 a carton — 10 packs, 200 sticks — the Tajik run is the lowest-priced version of this flavour we carry, and the profile is a firm strength 3 with cooling at 4 of 5. This edition's carton page lists the other six Tajik variants if you want to build a single order around it. Paying AED 50 more for a pack you can't separate in a blind draw is a habit, not a preference.

One thing doesn't vary by market at all: every TEREA stick needs an IQOS ILUMA or ILUMA i, because SMARTCORE induction heats from inside the stick, while a blade-era IQOS 3 DUO takes HEETS and won't read it. If you do want to compare the European and Central-Asian readings yourself, they sit side by side on the full TEREA flavour list. Delivery is flat AED 30, free from AED 350, within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah in Dubai and Sharjah and same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day in Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Cash on delivery, card on delivery with 5% VAT added, or bank transfer — nothing is charged online. Sticks are sold by the carton; devices are the single-piece exception. 18+ only, contains nicotine.
