HEETS is made for the older blade IQOS devices, such as the IQOS 3 DUO, where a ceramic blade slides into the stick. TEREA is made for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i, which heat a metal core sealed inside the stick by induction and have no blade at all. Neither stick works in the other device, and there is no adapter.

Before you order: which stick does your device take?

Open the chamber and look inside. A thin blade standing in the middle — that is a blade device and it takes HEETS. A smooth empty tube with nothing inside it — that is an ILUMA or ILUMA i and it takes TEREA. Ordering the wrong one is the single most common mistake we see, and the stick simply will not heat.
