Do you deliver HEETS to Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are all delivered same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day. Dubai is within 2 hours and Sharjah within 3 hours.

How much is a HEETS carton in the UAE?

HEETS cartons run from AED 90 to AED 150. Every carton is 10 packs — 200 sticks. The Classic line starts at AED 90; the Creations line is AED 150.

What is the difference between HEETS and TEREA?

HEETS is made for the older blade IQOS devices, such as the IQOS 3 DUO, where a ceramic blade slides into the stick. TEREA is made for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i, which heat a metal core sealed inside the stick by induction and have no blade at all. Neither stick works in the other device, and there is no adapter.

Are HEETS cigarettes?

No. A cigarette burns tobacco at around 900°C and produces smoke. A HEETS stick is heated, never lit and never burned, and produces an aerosol instead. It is still a tobacco product containing nicotine, which is addictive, and it is sold to adults aged 18 and over only.

How do I pay for HEETS?

Cash on delivery, card on delivery with 5% VAT added, or bank transfer. Nothing is charged online and there is no deposit — you check the factory seal and the authentication code before you pay the driver.

HEETS

HEETS in Dubai and across the UAE

We deliver HEETS on the same terms as everything else — within 2 hours in Dubai, within 3 hours in Sharjah, same day before 1pm elsewhere in the UAE, and you check the seal before you pay.

HEETS are the heated-tobacco sticks made by Philip Morris for the blade generation of IQOS devices — the IQOS 3 DUO and its relatives. They are not the same as TEREA, which is built for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i, and the two are not interchangeable in either direction. TEREA Dubai Shop stocks both. Delivery is within 2 hours in Dubai, within 3 hours in Sharjah, and same day before 1pm (otherwise the next day) in the rest of the UAE, at a flat AED 30 that is waived above AED 350. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer — nothing is charged online.

Before you order: which stick does your device take?

Open the chamber and look inside. A thin blade standing in the middle — that is a blade device and it takes HEETS. A smooth empty tube with nothing inside it — that is an ILUMA or ILUMA i and it takes TEREA. Ordering the wrong one is the single most common mistake we see, and the stick simply will not heat.

Not sure? The full explanation, with the ten-second identification test, is in TEREA vs HEETS.
