IQOS ILUMA i Standard Vivid Terracotta

The Vivid Terracotta finish

Vivid Terracotta is a bright, warm orange on both the holder and the pocket charger. It is the opposite of discreet: a device you will never lose on a table and never mistake for anyone else's.

It is priced a little above the other Standard colours. Inside it is identical: the same SMARTCORE induction heating, the same touchscreen, Pause Mode and FlexPuff, and the same roughly 135-minute charge.

Who the ILUMA i Standard in Vivid Terracotta suits

Terracotta suits a buyer who wants the Standard's features and a colour that stands out. If you want a quieter device for a shared office, Midnight Black or Breeze Blue is the better pick; if you want terracotta for less, the i One comes in it too.

Comparing models? The IQOS ILUMA i Standard page covers the model in depth, and IQOS ILUMA i One from AED 140 and IQOS ILUMA i Prime from AED 330 are the alternatives. Every colour of every model is on the IQOS ILUMA i devices page.

IQOS ILUMA i Standard Vivid Terracotta — specifications

Using the ILUMA i Standard

Charge the pocket charger fully over USB-C first. Slide a TEREA stick into the holder and heating starts on its own; the touchscreen shows the battery and the session as it runs. A session lasts about six minutes or fourteen puffs, and FlexPuff stretches it a little when your draws are short.

If you get interrupted, Pause Mode holds the stick instead of wasting it. When you are done, pull the stick out and put the holder back in the pocket charger: it recharges there between sessions, so the holder in your pocket is almost always ready.

TEREA sticks for the ILUMA i Standard

The ILUMA i Standard takes TEREA sticks only — every market edition, from AED 109 a carton of 200. Regular smokers usually start with TEREA Amber or TEREA Silver; menthol smokers with TEREA Turquoise or TEREA Purple Wave. The full list is on the TEREA flavours page. Device and sticks arrive in one delivery for one AED 30 charge, free above AED 350.
