TEREA Black Menthol Japan

TEREA Black Menthol Japan at a glance

TEREA Black Menthol Japan is a menthol heated-tobacco stick made by Philip Morris for the Japan market and sold in Dubai by TEREA Dubai Shop at AED 193 per full carton — 10 packs of 20 sticks, 200 sticks in total. Its taste profile is very strong in strength with ice cold, and the tasting notes are dark tobacco, deep menthol, heavy cold. It is designed for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices, which heat the stick by SMARTCORE induction with no blade and no cleaning, and it is not compatible with older blade devices such as IQOS 3 DUO. Delivery is within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah, and same day before 1pm (otherwise the next day) in the rest of the UAE, with a flat AED 30 courier charge that is waived above AED 350. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer, and you check the factory seal and authentication code before paying the driver.

How TEREA Black Menthol Japan tastes, in plain words

• Menthol
• Very strong
• Ice cold
• Dark tobacco
• Deep menthol
• Heavy cold

Black Menthol pairs the darkest tobacco base in the Japan range with the strongest menthol dose. The result is heavy and cold at the same time — a big throat hit followed by a long, freezing exhale.

For experienced users only. If you want one stick to end the day on, this is it. Newcomers routinely find it overwhelming, so we suggest buying it as a second carton rather than a first.

Why the Japan version of Black Menthol?

TEREA Japan is the Japanese-market edition of TEREA, made for IQOS ILUMA devices. The range runs from regular tobacco picks through menthol editions to pearl editions. Each carton holds 10 packs (200 sticks).

Every TEREA Black Menthol Japan carton we hand over is factory-sealed with its authentication code intact, exactly as it left the Philip Morris line for the Japan market. That matters because the same flavour name is blended slightly differently per market — so if you have settled on the Japan reading of Black Menthol, buying it again from us gets you the identical stick, not a substitute from another region.

TEREA Black Menthol Japan price — carton and delivery

• Full carton (10 packs / 200 sticks) — AED 193
• Courier charge — flat AED 30, free above AED 350
• Payment — cash on delivery, card on delivery (+5% VAT) or bank transfer

Buying a carton instead of loose packs is always the cheaper route, and one carton on its own is enough to order — there is no minimum. Add a second flavour or a device and the order usually clears AED 350, which removes the courier charge entirely.

Which device heats Black Menthol sticks?

TEREA Black Menthol Japan works with every IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i model — the ILUMA i One, the ILUMA i Standard and the ILUMA i Prime. It is not compatible with blade-heater devices such as IQOS 3 DUO, which need HEETS instead.

Black Menthol Japan in a Dubai summer

By late June the balcony in Al Barsha stops being a pleasant place to stand, and the flavour that worked in February starts tasting flat and warm. Black Menthol answers that specific problem: the darkest tobacco base in the Japanese range under the strongest menthol dose, heavy and cold at the same time, with a big throat hit and a long, freezing exhale. Strength 5, cooling 5 — both dials at the top.

Outdoors between May and September, that's the whole point. Cooling that reads as pleasant at 24 degrees reads as nothing at 44. This one still lands. It's the carton customers order specifically for outdoor use in the hottest months, and the fact that it keeps flavour intensity to the last puff matters more in that heat than the raw cooling number does.

Storing a carton in this climate

Heat is the enemy of a 200-stick carton. Leave packs in a parked car in Deira and the sticks dry out, the draw turns harsh and the menthol dulls faster than it should. Keep the carton indoors, out of direct sun, at normal room temperature, and carry only the pack you're actually using. A glovebox is the single worst place in the UAE to store tobacco of any kind.

Outdoor sessions in July have a second practical wrinkle. The device itself heats up in direct sun, and an ILUMA i left on a car dashboard in Business Bay will refuse to run until it cools back down. Keep it in a pocket or a bag rather than on a table in the sun, and let it sit indoors for a few minutes if it has been baking. Nothing is damaged by this, but somebody standing outside with a stick loaded and a device that won't start usually assumes it's broken when it simply isn't cool enough yet.

This isn't a beginner's stick either. It's for experienced users, usually as the one to end the day on. If you're new, TEREA Menthol from the same Japanese range is the sane starting point, and you can move up once that stops feeling cold enough.

Getting it to your door

A carton is AED 193 for 10 packs, 200 sticks. Delivery is a flat AED 30 and free once your subtotal reaches AED 350, so a second carton pays for itself twice over. Dubai and Sharjah — Bur Dubai, Marina, JLT, Al Nahda, Al Nuaimiya — are typically within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah. Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain arrive same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day.

Payment is cash on delivery, card on delivery with 5% VAT added, or bank transfer, and nothing is charged online. These sticks only heat in an IQOS ILUMA or ILUMA i using SMARTCORE induction, while blade devices like the IQOS 3 DUO run on HEETS and will not take TEREA at all. Summer afternoons are also when delivery windows stretch, so ordering before the heat peaks helps. Anything else about timing or payment sits on our questions page. 18+ only; contains nicotine.
