TEREA Menthol Japan

TEREA Menthol Japan at a glance

TEREA Menthol Japan is a menthol heated-tobacco stick made by Philip Morris for the Japan market and sold in Dubai by TEREA Dubai Shop at AED 210 per full carton — 10 packs of 20 sticks, 200 sticks in total. Its taste profile is medium in strength with cold, and the tasting notes are classic menthol, balanced tobacco, cool finish. It is designed for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices, which heat the stick by SMARTCORE induction with no blade and no cleaning, and it is not compatible with older blade devices such as IQOS 3 DUO. Delivery is within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah, and same day before 1pm (otherwise the next day) in the rest of the UAE, with a flat AED 30 courier charge that is waived above AED 350. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer, and you check the factory seal and authentication code before paying the driver.

How TEREA Menthol Japan tastes, in plain words

• Menthol
• Medium
• Cold
• Classic menthol
• Balanced tobacco
• Cool finish

The Japanese Menthol is more measured than the Central-Asian Blue: the cooling is present from the start but the tobacco keeps equal billing, so it tastes like a menthol cigarette rather than a mint sweet.

Best for people who want cooling without losing the tobacco. It is the Japan carton we recommend as a first menthol, and it works well alongside Regular in the same order for daytime and evening use.

Why the Japan version of Menthol?

TEREA Japan is the Japanese-market edition of TEREA, made for IQOS ILUMA devices. The range runs from regular tobacco picks through menthol editions to pearl editions. Each carton holds 10 packs (200 sticks).

Every TEREA Menthol Japan carton we hand over is factory-sealed with its authentication code intact, exactly as it left the Philip Morris line for the Japan market. That matters because the same flavour name is blended slightly differently per market — so if you have settled on the Japan reading of Menthol, buying it again from us gets you the identical stick, not a substitute from another region.

TEREA Menthol Japan price — carton and delivery

• Full carton (10 packs / 200 sticks) — AED 210
• Courier charge — flat AED 30, free above AED 350
• Payment — cash on delivery, card on delivery (+5% VAT) or bank transfer

Buying a carton instead of loose packs is always the cheaper route, and one carton on its own is enough to order — there is no minimum. Add a second flavour or a device and the order usually clears AED 350, which removes the courier charge entirely.

Which device heats Menthol sticks?

TEREA Menthol Japan works with every IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i model — the ILUMA i One, the ILUMA i Standard and the ILUMA i Prime. It is not compatible with blade-heater devices such as IQOS 3 DUO, which need HEETS instead.

Menthol Japan and the two-carton rotation

Most people don't stay on one flavour. They keep two open and switch by time of day, by weather, or by whatever they happen to be drinking, and TEREA Menthol is one of the two more often than almost anything else we deliver. The Japanese Menthol is more measured than the Central-Asian menthols: the cooling is present from the first draw, but the tobacco keeps equal billing, so it reads like a menthol cigarette rather than a mint sweet.

The classic pairing is obvious once you've tried it. TEREA Regular from the same Japanese carton takes one half of the day, Menthol takes the other, and because both sit at medium strength the switch never feels like a gear change. Two cartons in one order also happen to clear the free-delivery threshold, which is not a coincidence people miss for long.

Four cartons is where the habit usually settles for heavier users, and the third is nearly always something with fruit or more cold in it. Menthol holds the middle slot in that arrangement because it never clashes with anything. A berry stick straight after a heavy tobacco one can taste like two arguments at once; this one bridges them. The other practical advantage is that a measured menthol doesn't wreck your palate for the next stick, so rotating back to plain tobacco in the evening still tastes like plain tobacco rather than a faint mint echo of it.

When the cool half gets used

In practice: after lunch, after the gym, in the car in Business Bay while the AC is still catching up, on a Marina walk in November when a plain tobacco stick feels heavy. The cooling here is refreshing rather than icy. If you want the sinus-clearing end of the range, that's Black Menthol territory, not this one.

It's also the Japan carton we suggest as a first menthol, because it doesn't force a choice between cooling and tobacco taste. Nobody has to give anything up to try it, and in a range this wide a flavour that asks for no compromise is rarer than it sounds.

The order itself

A carton is AED 210 for 10 packs, 200 sticks, so AED 19.90 a pack. Delivery is a flat AED 30 and free from an AED 350 subtotal. Cash on delivery, card on delivery with 5% VAT added, or bank transfer — nothing is charged online, and the seals get checked before money changes hands. Dubai and Sharjah are typically within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah; Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain arrive same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day.

These sticks need an IQOS ILUMA or ILUMA i using SMARTCORE induction heating, and they will not work in an IQOS 3 DUO or any other blade device, which takes HEETS. That single point causes more disappointment than flavour choice ever does.
