TEREA Black Purple Menthol Japan

TEREA Black Purple Menthol Japan at a glance

TEREA Black Purple Menthol Japan is a fruit-menthol heated-tobacco stick made by Philip Morris for the Japan market and sold in Dubai by TEREA Dubai Shop at AED 210 per full carton — 10 packs of 20 sticks, 200 sticks in total. Its taste profile is strong in strength with ice cold, and the tasting notes are dark berry, strong menthol, bold body. It is designed for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices, which heat the stick by SMARTCORE induction with no blade and no cleaning, and it is not compatible with older blade devices such as IQOS 3 DUO. Delivery is within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai and Sharjah, and same day before 1pm (otherwise the next day) in the rest of the UAE, with a flat AED 30 courier charge that is waived above AED 350. Pay cash on delivery, by card on delivery (+5% VAT) or by bank transfer, and you check the factory seal and authentication code before paying the driver.

How TEREA Black Purple Menthol Japan tastes, in plain words

• Fruit-menthol
• Strong
• Ice cold
• Dark berry
• Strong menthol
• Bold body

Black Purple Menthol is the intense version of the berry-cool idea: a darker, heavier tobacco base, more menthol and a deeper blackcurrant note. Everything is turned up compared with Purple Wave.

For users who already love Purple Wave and want more of it. This is an Indonesia exclusive, so if it becomes your flavour, order two cartons — it is not available in the Kazakh or Italian versions.

Why the Japan version of Black Purple Menthol?

TEREA Japan is the Japanese-market edition of TEREA, made for IQOS ILUMA devices. The range runs from regular tobacco picks through menthol editions to pearl editions. Each carton holds 10 packs (200 sticks).

Every TEREA Black Purple Menthol Japan carton we hand over is factory-sealed with its authentication code intact, exactly as it left the Philip Morris line for the Japan market. That matters because the same flavour name is blended slightly differently per market — so if you have settled on the Japan reading of Black Purple Menthol, buying it again from us gets you the identical stick, not a substitute from another region.

TEREA Black Purple Menthol Japan price — carton and delivery

• Full carton (10 packs / 200 sticks) — AED 210
• Courier charge — flat AED 30, free above AED 350
• Payment — cash on delivery, card on delivery (+5% VAT) or bank transfer

Buying a carton instead of loose packs is always the cheaper route, and one carton on its own is enough to order — there is no minimum. Add a second flavour or a device and the order usually clears AED 350, which removes the courier charge entirely.

Which device heats Black Purple Menthol sticks?

TEREA Black Purple Menthol Japan works with every IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i model — the ILUMA i One, the ILUMA i Standard and the ILUMA i Prime. It is not compatible with blade-heater devices such as IQOS 3 DUO, which need HEETS instead.

Switching to Black Purple Menthol Japan

Not every ex-smoker wants a plain tobacco stick. A fair number came off menthols, or off a capsule pack, and asking them to move to dry roasted tobacco is asking them to change two things at once. Black Purple Menthol takes the berry-and-cool idea and turns everything up: a darker, heavier tobacco base, more menthol, and a deeper blackcurrant note running underneath. Strength 4, cooling 5.

That combination is why it works as a switching carton rather than a novelty. The body is heavy enough to satisfy somebody who was going through twenty a day, while the berry and the cold keep the shape of the thing they actually enjoyed.

The first fortnight

The pattern is usually the same. Week one feels strange because nothing burns and there's no ash. Week two, the fruit stops being the headline and the tobacco underneath starts registering properly. Somebody in Al Nahda who smoked a pack a day tends to land near eight or nine sticks, partly because the stick ends on a timer rather than when you decide to stop.

There's a habit worth building early, too. Cigarette smoking has natural pauses — lighting up, tapping ash, stubbing out — and heated tobacco removes all of them, so the first month often sees people taking a stick because the device is in their hand rather than because they wanted one. Keeping the carton in one fixed place instead of carrying loose packs slows that down. It sounds trivial. Switchers who do it tend to end the month on a lower count than switchers who don't, and the carton lasts appreciably longer as a result.

If it turns out to be too much, the same shape exists one notch down. TEREA Purple Menthol in the same Japanese carton runs strength 3 and cooling 4, with the berry arriving mid-draw instead of leading. Quite a few people end up keeping both and choosing by time of day.

What the switch costs

A carton is AED 210 for 10 packs, 200 sticks, so AED 19.90 a pack — arithmetic most switchers run against their old habit on day one. Delivery is a flat AED 30 and free from an AED 350 subtotal. Cash on delivery, card on delivery with 5% VAT added, or bank transfer, with nothing charged online. Deira, Marina and Business Bay run within 1 to 3 hours in Dubai; Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain arrive same day before 1pm, otherwise the next day.

Hardware is the part switchers get wrong most often. TEREA works only with IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i, which heat by SMARTCORE induction, so an IQOS 3 DUO or any other blade device takes HEETS and cannot heat a TEREA stick. If you're starting from nothing, the ILUMA i devices are AED 140 for the One, AED 235 for the Standard and AED 330 for the Prime. 18+ only; contains nicotine.
